We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Architect to join our team at Ivory Group, a boutique architecture practice located in a prime location. As a Senior Project Architect, you will collaborate directly with the Director on various high-end projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director on the design and documentation of high-end residential and commercial projects.
  • Lead project management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee construction administration and effectively manage building contracts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8+ years of post-graduate architectural experience, focusing on NSW standards.
  • Proven track record in project management, including on-site construction administration.
  • High proficiency in ArchiCAD and familiarity with QA systems.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.
