Job Description for Finance Manager

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Richard Lloyd Accounting Recruitment. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day finance function, leading a team of 7 and reporting directly to the Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Overall management of the finance function, including month-end and year-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow and treasury.
  • Government compliance reporting and review of AP / AR / Payroll.
  • Process and system improvement projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have the following skills and attributes:


  • CA / CPA qualification (or equivalent) and experience from a chartered environment, particularly from big 4 or second-tier firms.
  • Track record of process improvement/system implementation projects and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially collaborating with non-finance stakeholders.
