About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Infrastructure Domain Architecture team at Woolworths Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Solution Architects and influence stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision making and deliver pragmatic outcomes.
  • Work with business and IT stakeholders across the Woolworths Group to understand their priorities and advise on strategic business technology options.
  • Lead the IT Infrastructure architecture team and drive domain/platform strategy and technology governance.
  • Provide solution architecture delivery through development and coordination.
  • Ensure optimum business-aligned technology solutions, governance, quality, and resource utilization.
  • Enable continuous improvement and innovation while ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the broader leadership team and the wider Architecture team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure solution architecture teams within a large and complex environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to structure complex problems and negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • A track record of driving change initiatives.
  • A strong history of working within complex IT projects and across multiple project teams/domains.
