Job Description

As a passionate and dedicated individual, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and supportive environment that invites children to grow and learn through their play. The role of Outside School Hours Coordinator/Supervisor is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong organizational and administrative skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising Before School, After School and Vacation Care programs located on school grounds. This involves managing daily operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and working closely with colleagues and management to achieve program goals.

This is a permanent position Monday-Friday before school, after school and vacation care, with flexible hours available for the right candidate. You will receive a thorough induction program and hands-on shadowing with an experienced Area Manager to ensure your success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in children's studies covering the age range of 4-14 years under the Australian Qualifications Framework
  • Completed a minimum of 50% and continuing study towards completion of the relevant degree or diploma
  • Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III (CHC30221) or IV School Based Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care
  • First aid, anaphylaxis and asthma certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Current WWCC and national police clearance
  • Knowledge of ACECQA regulations and
