About Our Retirement Village

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to support the smooth operation of our retirement village, ensuring that residents receive exceptional service and care.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
  • Manage staff rosters, timesheets & training.
  • Coordinate resident activities, events, and communications.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as processing invoices, answering phone calls, monitoring mail and email enquiries.
  • Perform various office management duties as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A background in administration, preferably with experience as an office manager, receptionist or administration officer.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Word.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with older people and develop programs to engage them.
  • Asset management and property experience is highly desirable.
