Store Support Lead

Job Description:

The Store Support Lead plays a vital role in the success of our team. Reporting to the Store Manager, this individual will be responsible for assisting with the direction of customer service assistants, while also taking on management responsibilities as the Manager on Duty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all customer service assistants are making personal contact with customers
  • Achieve store goals as provided by the Operations Manager
  • Lead Front End Operations
  • Train staff on customer service values
  • Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers at all times
  • Perform SM duties in their absence
  • Supervise and train team members
  • Review corporate communications and react accordingly
