Customer Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in an empathetic and professional manner.
  2. Utilise multiple systems to manage customer interactions and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar corporate or call centre environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to multitask using multiple systems.
  • Experience in real estate roles such as leasing consultant or property manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
