We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our digital programs forward. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for leading our team in a strategic and collaborative manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program management discipline, including tracking, reporting, risk, and issue escalation
  • Establish governance, key forums, audience, agendas, and rhythms to ensure continuous alignment with Digital Leadership and Lines of Business delivery teams
  • Document and record key decisions made in key forums and actions-taking
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities of the program manager and individual Loop PMs
  • Set up and govern central procurement process and oversight
  • Oversight of Communications team timesheet
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and PMs to escalate project-specific issues and misalignments, and provide timely insights for decision-making
  • Understand Loop project interdependencies and support understanding across teams
  • Support team to define and endorse revisions of scope, timing, and budget for Loop projects
Requirements:
  • Experienced Program or Portfolio Director with a strong track record delivering complex digital programs
  • Experience in major telecommunications technology rollout programs, preferably within the energy sector
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives
  • Commercial focus, managing vendors and delivery partners, ensuring accountability, cost control, and alignment with expected benefits
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and formal project or program management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MPLS-TP technology and experience rolling out large-scale programs. They will be skilled at balancing technical solution oversight, change impacts, and business stakeholder alignment while actively resolving delivery challenges and ensuring program momentum.
