Property Lawyer - Permanent Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Lawyer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property transactions.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a qualified lawyer with 2-5 years of post-admission experience in property law and conveyancing.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling transactions from inception to completion, ensuring precision and compliance in every document.
  • Prior experience working with digital platforms such as PEXA and legal research tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, review, and negotiate property investment agreements.
  2. Ensure seamless adherence to property regulations.
  3. Oversee settlements across multiple Australian jurisdictions.
  4. Conduct in-depth legal assessments of property investments.
