Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, client-centred care across Ballarat and surrounding regions.

This pivotal role involves leading and supporting staff, managing clinical operations, supervising placements, and maintaining your own caseload.

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team
  • Oversee clinical operations and compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain a personal caseload, including assessments and interventions
  • Support family education and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Drive quality improvement and service development
  • Contribute to policy planning and staff development

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology, current professional registration, minimum 5 years clinical experience, demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, and expertise in swallowing assessments/mealtime planning (desirable).
