Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced truck driver to join our team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity to deliver products to retail stores in Rockhampton and surrounding regional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety First: Ensure a daily focus on Linfox Safety Standards, driving the commitment to Vision Zero.
  • Effective Coupling: Comply with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure, working unsupervised when required.
  • Loading and Unloading Support: Assist as needed with loading and unloading duties.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Maintain good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.
  • Excellent Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and customers on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
  • A current and valid HC license.
  • A history of safe work practices.
  • Familiarity with the Rockhampton metro area.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and positive attitude.
