  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SPONSORS AND PARTNERS TO ENSURE MAXIMUM VALUE FROM EVENT SPONSORSHIPS.
  • MANAGING EVENT REGISTRATIONS, SCHEDULES, GUEST LISTS, ENTERTAINMENT, VOLUNTEERS, AND SPEAKER COORDINATION.
  • OVERSEEING EVENT BUDGETS TO ENSURE COST-EFFECTIVE PLANNING AND FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES ARE MET.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • EVENT COORDINATION EXPERTISE - EXPERIENCE PLANNING AND DELIVERING CORPORATE, INDUSTRY, OR NOT-FOR-PROFIT EVENTS.
  • AWARDS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - FAMILIARITY WITH AWARD FORCE OR SIMILAR ENTRY MANAGEMENT PLATFORMS IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS - ABILITY TO ENGAGE WITH SPONSORS, PARTNERS, AND INDUSTRY STAKEHOLDERS TO CREATE SUCCESSFUL COLLABORATIONS.
  • MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS - KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO PROMOTE EVENTS AND CREATE COMPELLING EVENT MATERIALS.
