Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support data-driven projects leveraging graph databases, SQL, and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will have deep technical fluency and strong analytical skills to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and refine technical and functional requirements for projects involving graph databases and graph-based data models
  • Translate business needs into API requirements and support the design and documentation of RESTful APIs
  • Contribute to data mapping, data lineage, and system integration documentation
  • Support testing, validation, and defect triage related to data flows and API responses

Key Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical BA, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst in enterprise environments
  • Background in financial services or highly regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience working with graph databases (Amazon Neptune, Neo4j)
  • Understanding of Gremlin or SPARQL
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation & RESTful APIs
  • Proven ability to work closely with both technical teams (data engineers, devs) and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements
  • Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, Glue) and data pipeline concepts
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and JIRA/Confluence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
