**About Us**

We're a dynamic team seeking passionate and ambitious supervisors to join our senior management group.

The role involves assisting in various aspects of bar and venue operations, such as purchasing and stock ordering, preparing beverages efficiently at a high-quality standard, supporting a vibrant team to deliver efficient and high-quality service, controlling financial aspects relevant to restaurant or bar operation, working with the rest of the venues management team to ensure seamless restaurant operation, and maintaining OH&S standards in the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in purchasing and stock ordering
  • Preparing beverages efficiently at a high-quality standard
  • SUPPORTING A VIBRANT TEAM TO DELIVER EFFICIENT AND HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE
  • Controlling financial aspects relevant to restaurant or bar operation
  • Working with the rest of the venues management team to ensure seamless restaurant operation
  • Maintaining OH&S standards in the bar area

Requirements:

  • Previous bar tending or hospitality experience in a fast-paced venue
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage, including wines, spirits, and beer
  • Valid RSA certificate
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work autonomously
  • Personable and excellent hospitality spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven people management experience and team engagement skills
  • Genuine love of customers and creating an exceptional experience
