The Park Werribee is a vibrant food and beverage venue located in Melbourne's Western suburbs and we are seeking an experienced Head **Bar** **Supervisor** that is able to provide exceptional customer service in order to deliver an incredible customer experience.

As the Bar Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of bar activities. Your exceptional leadership skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all aspects of bar service to ensure exceptional experiences.
- Support the Front of House Manager in the supervising and development of the bar team
- Provide guidance and coaching to enhance team performance and morale.
- Overseeing our beverage program including cocktails
- Oversee the flow of bar service to maintain an exceptional guest experience
- Implement and uphold company service standards to deliver consistent excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and engage the team.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
- Knowledge of all venue operations, service standards, and industry best practices.
- Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
- Closing venue operations at the completion of services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Bar Supervisor/Manager: 1 year (required)
