As a Resident Field Service Technician with Komatsu Australia, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our customers' equipment in the surrounding Snowy and regional areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join our professional team environment, ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency in your work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment.
  • Contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work unsupervised, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A Mobile Plant Mechanic Trade Certificate and an HD Mechanic/Fitter qualification.
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment.
  • A minimum of a C-class Licence and Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills.
  • Working at heights qualification would be great but not crucial.
  • A safety-focused mindset and the ability to follow required job scope & critical path.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
