Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Ricoh Imaging Europe. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install and configure Ricoh products and solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on Ricoh products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Ricoh products and solutions, participating in ongoing training and development to enhance technical expertise.
Requirements
  • High technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Ability to work independently in a client site or as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Proactive identification and management of potential technical issues, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
