Lead Investigations Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in investigations, fraud, and financial crime. They should be confident navigating sensitive data, legal processes, and complex risk environments.

  • Expertise in investigative techniques, risk frameworks, and banking products is essential for success in this position.

A high level of leadership and strategic thinking is required to guide a team effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across the business.

This is a hands-on and strategic role that requires the ability to oversee investigations into internal and whistleblower matters, lead fraud detection efforts, and ensure our processes align with standards.

Key responsibilities include preparing reports for review by senior leaders, attending court hearings when necessary, and representing the organization professionally in legal proceedings.

Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as a key contact for external stakeholders, including law enforcement and industry bodies, while supporting Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Fraud Management policies.

This role has real impact and offers a chance to shape how we manage risk across the organization.

About You

As a self-starter with many years' experience in investigations, you've worked with law enforcement or regulators and are confident in your ability to navigate complex risk environments.

Strong knowledge of banking products, risk frameworks, and investigative techniques is essential for success in this role.

Leadership skills are crucial, with the ability to guide a team with confidence, build trust, and stay focused on what matters.
