Retail Fit-out Supervisor

Job Description:

As a Retail Fit-out Supervisor, you will oversee end-to-end retail store construction and fit-out projects. This includes planning, design review, onsite supervision, and post-completion maintenance.

  • Participate in store layout and full design documentation review
  • Assess and audit project budgets for feasibility and cost control
  • Provide technical input during business negotiations and supplier coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supervising construction or fit-out projects in a retail environment
  • Familiarity with APAC building codes and retail fit-out processes
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project cost control
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant software
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
