We are seeking an exceptional Transformation Leader to drive digital excellence across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital strategy and leading the implementation of innovative solutions.

**About the Opportunity**

This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and leadership to make a significant impact. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and enhance our omnichannel experience capability and planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Guide digital planning and implementation within our organization
  • Gather insights to measure impact for continual improvement
  • Use innovation to build the digital strategy and implementation plans
  • Develop digital capability within the organization
  • Governance over digital technologies and compliance

**Requirements**

  • A degree/qualification in marketing or equivalent
  • Breadth and depth of experience in leading digital capability
  • Experience in marketing strategy development and multi-channel communication
  • 5+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry or analogous industry
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship and Content Management systems, marketing automation software, function of data warehouses
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Google Ads and Social Media management required
  • Project management including multiple-stakeholder, budget, human resources, and vendors management
  • Deep knowledge of supporting functions and field roles and related operations/processes specific to Pharma
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
