  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to operations teams during greenfield analysis, focusing on reserves quality, drilling programs, and geotechnical parameters.
  • Conduct comprehensive soil investigations and surveying tasks in the field.
  • Support senior geotechnical engineers with surveying and footings duties.
  • Deliver geotechnical reviews and advice to stakeholders, while tracking and managing areas of risk.
  • Prepare PERC/JORC reports for reserves and resources.
  • Identify and support operations with reserve shortages, assessing suitable replacement reserves.

What You Will Gain from This Geotechnical Engineer Internship

  • Proficiency in geotechnical software, including deswik CAD, LeapFrog, and MINEX.
  • Hands-on experience in fieldwork, surveying, footings, and testing essential for geotechnical engineering projects.
