We are seeking experienced individuals to provide vital support to our clients with disabilities. Our team delivers a range of services, including personal care, daily living skills assistance, and community engagement in the Wollondilly, Macarthur & Wollongong areas.

**Job Description**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. You will work closely with them to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, providing tailored support to enhance their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and daily living skills support
  • Assisting clients with community engagement and social activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns

Requirements:

  • A minimum of six (6) months experience working in the disability, aged care, nursing or similar field
  • Exceptional listening, reading and communication skills
  • A passion for working with people who have a disability
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their support network
  • A positive and flexible attitude
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For:

  • A driver's licence (P1 or above)
  • Comprehensive vehicle insurance and reliable motor vehicle
