Membership Consultant

This role is an opportunity to be an integral part of our team, ensuring member engagement and day-to-day operations. As a Membership Consultant, you will make potential and current members feel welcome, genuinely care about their health and fitness journey, and maintain the operations of the club.

Your success is crucial to us. You will work closely with the Club Manager to develop and upskill, and become a part of our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently on a daily basis
  • Make outbound calls to potential members
  • Provide exceptional service to potential, new, and current members
  • Meet team targets and continually strive to improve
  • Build rapport and generate leads for Personal Trainers
  • Make the club a fun and enjoyable environment for the team and all club members
  • Assist the Club Manager in achieving business objectives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • A valid Working with Children check and Police Check
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Self-motivated, willing to listen and learn from feedback
  • Proactive, offering opinions and suggestions for improvement
  • Take initiative and accept responsibility for tasks and projects
  • Passionate about health and fitness with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings and evenings
