Job Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at the front desk. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet members with a smile and provide them with an exceptional customer experience
  • Provide engaging and motivating tours to prospective members
  • Proactively maximise member growth through lead generation and referral database creation
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying member needs and recommending fitness products
  • Assist members with product recommendations and fitness classes
  • Accurate point of sale transactions and cash balancing
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills gained from a customer-focused background
  • Previous sales experience and a drive to achieve sales targets is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate and inspire others
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • An enthusiasm for health & fitness and helping others
  • Microsoft OS experience is advantageous
  • A current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one is desirable
