Digital Threat Defender

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure and data from cyber threats. Based in one of our offices in Toronto, Melbourne, or Singapore, you'll work closely with a distributed global team to monitor networks and systems, detect potential security issues, analyze and assess alarms, and report on threats and false alarms.
This role is part of our security operations team, which reports directly to the security operations service leader. You'll be working closely with a team of experts who value diversity and inclusivity.
We're seeking skilled cyber security analysts who can research and evaluate emerging threats, conduct risk assessments, and investigate security alerts. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a dynamic organization that values employee well-being.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability evaluations
- Monitor for attacks, intrusions, and unusual activity; investigate security alerts and provide incident response
- Use advanced analytics tools to identify threat patterns and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with the cyber security team to foster an inclusive environment, share knowledge, and promote best practices
- Provide out-of-hours support on a rotating basis
