Nursing Education Leader

La Trobe University seeks a senior lecturer to lead the development and delivery of innovative nursing education programs, contribute to the school's research reputation, and mentor students.
The successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent accreditation, demonstrated excellence in teaching, and a strong track record of research publication.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and coordinate courses that provide a high-quality learning experience for undergraduate, honours, and postgraduate students.
- Lead the development of innovative curriculum reflecting best practice nationally and internationally.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to others in subject or course-level curriculum design and development.
- Conduct and lead high-impact research, producing conference and seminar papers and publications.
- Supervise Higher Degree by Research students.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to building a robust research culture within La Trobe University.
