About the Role

  • Research Proposal Development: Collaborate with researchers to develop comprehensive research proposals that meet client specifications, outlining clear objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
  • Survey Design and Implementation: Contribute to the design of effective surveys, gathering meaningful data to drive business decisions and inform product development.
  • Research Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed research reports, presenting findings clearly and professionally, and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Fieldwork Support: Assist the fieldwork team in preparing for and executing research projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality data collection.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide timely assistance throughout the research process, and foster strong relationships built on trust and exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: A degree in Food Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food industry, including trends, consumer behavior, and product development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and insights effectively, presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to think critically and find creative solutions to challenges that arise during research.
  • Strong Work Ethic: A 'can do' attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
