Job Description

We are pioneering the future of television as a leading entertainment source. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Affairs Manager to join our team and be integral in delivering high-quality original content.

  • Collaborate with creative executives on commercial aspects of developing and commissioning original productions.
  • Work closely with the legal team to document and execute agreements related to development, commissioning, funding, and distribution.
  • Develop market expertise by focusing on trends and opportunities in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years' experience in business affairs or a related field.
  • Experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and implementing complex deals and offers for scripted and non-scripted content.
  • Experience dealing with international funders and distributors.
  • Ability to read, understand, and consult on finance plans, budgets, and cost reports.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to create and nurture internal and external relationships.
  • Passion for TV & Movies and ability to thrive in an environment where you bring great content to an audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of the television and film industries, with knowledge of market trends and opportunities.
