Job Overview

Create engaging content that captures the essence of childcare centres. As a Content Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing content calendars across various platforms.

  • Develop high-quality photography and short-form video content during regular centre visits.
  • Design, edit, and schedule captivating content, including reels, stories, posts, and branded graphics.

Work closely with educators and centre managers to identify storytelling opportunities and celebrate meaningful moments. Provide support for marketing projects, such as events, centre activations, and campaigns. Coordinate resources and collaborate internally.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in content creation, social media, or marketing.
  • Strong photography and/or videography skills, preferably using Adobe Suite.
  • Experience managing multiple content channels and calendars.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and task management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children and telling inspiring stories.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
