Our mobile-first operations platform provides workers a voice, and leaders visibility, to make informed decisions in the workplace.

We seek an experienced Content Developer Specialist to join our Support Team.

Your primary responsibility will be to craft user-friendly guides, manuals, and other documentation to support SafetyCulture customers.

You will collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of your content.

The ability to organise information and attention to detail are essential to delivering an exceptional experience for SafetyCulture customers.

  • Create and continuously improve content for the SafetyCulture Knowledge Base
  • Partner with Product & Engineering teams to stay up-to-date on product changes
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure accurate and consistent external documentation
  • Lead Information Sync sessions to ensure all customer-facing teams are aware of feature releases and updates
  • Review content changes made by other Content Developers and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Monitor support logs and Knowledge Base usage to identify where new content is required or existing content needs to be updated
