Business Consultant Role

We are seeking a Business Consultant to join our team and help our customers achieve their business goals.

  • This role involves working closely with our customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in property and rating compliance and/or revenue modules, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands-on configuration, customer coaching, cutover, and go-live support to our customers.
  • Translate customer needs into practical, value-driven solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide product feedback and enhancements that drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with TechnologyOne's Property & Rating Compliance and/or Revenue modules.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and build trusted relationships with colleagues and customers.
