About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Delivery Technician to join our team at Velocity Truck Centres. As a valued member of our crew, you will be responsible for fitting new vehicle accessories, completing modifications, and assisting with mechanical repair and maintenance work on a variety of Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fit various vehicle accessories onto trucks, including bullbars, UHF radios, mudflaps, stone guards, wind deflectors, and more.
  • Carry out vehicle repairs or maintenance as per repair orders.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles in preparation for delivery.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience with European, American, or Japanese heavy vehicles.
