We are seeking a proactive professional to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative and project support services to the project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive project support services to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
- Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
- Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
- Contribute to routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative, office coordination or project support role.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A team player who takes initiative.
