Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facility, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staff supervision and customer service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OHS and public safety applications
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Previous experience in a comparable role, with a strong understanding of OHS and public safety applications
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current Pool Operations Certificate
