We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facility. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, maintaining a safe and high-quality service delivery environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent customer service and operational standards
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day facility operations, including lifeguarding and pool operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with OHS and public safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of OHS and public safety applications
  • Ability to work a minimum of 1 lifeguard shift per week
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard and Pool Operations Certificates
