About the Role
Belgravia Leisure is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities at our facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, as well as a National Police Check and Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
