Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to lead and oversee our warehouse operations.

This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition to our new inventory management system, optimizing warehouse processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

  • Lead the implementation of our new inventory management system within the warehouse.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
  • Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained on inventory management system usage and warehouse procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Degree Requirements: Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.

Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
