Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a large-scale storage facility. This role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and coordinating shipments and deliveries with suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts by conducting regular audits and implementing effective tracking systems.
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers and customers to ensure timely receipt of goods and materials.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance on best practices for safe working conditions, including lifting heavy objects and working at heights.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work at heights, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
