Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Membership Services Representative.

About the Role
  • This position involves greeting and farewelling members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring club access for members and non-members, handling queries, and providing information on our Judgement Free Zone concept.
  • The Membership Services Representative will also manage phone calls, take messages, sell memberships, and provide tours of the club.
  • Daily tasks include operating the Point-of-Sale system, collecting past-due accounts, and maintaining the front desk area.
  • Additionally, this role requires assisting with club housekeeping, restocking paper products, and supporting newer team members.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and farewell members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Monitor club access for members and non-members.
  3. Answer questions, handle member complaints, and provide information on the Judgement Free Zone.
  4. Manage phone calls, take messages, and sell memberships.
  5. Provide tours of the club, operate the Point-of-Sale system, and collect past-due accounts.
  6. Organize and maintain the front desk, complete daily cleaning zones, and perform beginning and end-of-day procedures.
  7. Assist with club housekeeping, restock paper products, and support newer team members.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to follow directions, and work independently.
  • Upbeat and motivating attitude, punctuality, and organizational skills.
  • Previous customer service experience advantageous, Certificate 3 in Fitness preferred.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, WWC certificate or number, and National Police Check certificate required.
