Job Title: Bid Management Expert

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic bid management professional to lead complex and compelling proposal responses across key maritime defence initiatives.

This role offers the chance to manage multi-disciplinary bid teams, working closely with business development managers, engineers, estimators, commercial leads, and executives to shape and deliver comprehensive proposals that enhance national defence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective bid strategies to drive business growth and success.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to create high-quality, winning proposals that meet client requirements and expectations.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  4. Monitor and analyze bid performance metrics to inform continuous improvement and optimization of bid processes.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in bid management, preferably in the defence or aerospace industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful bid teams and delivering winning proposals.
  • Strong understanding of defence procurement processes, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
