Community Paediatric Programs Lead

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the implementation of community paediatric programs and partnerships.
This role will involve providing operational leadership and direction across specialist paediatric program areas, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective resource management.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve service goals
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Fostering a positive team culture aligned with our organizational values
- Contributing to the development of strategic plans and service improvements
You will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field, with demonstrated achievement in provision of expert clinical services and leadership/supervision within your area of responsibility.
You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A formal qualification in Health Service Management (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
