About The Role
As the Operational Lead – Community Paediatric Programs and Partnerships with Western Health's Integrated Community Health Service, you'll play a vital role in supporting innovative partnership programs and Allied Health Assistant initiatives.

As the Operational Lead – Community Paediatric Programs and Partnerships with Western Health's Integrated Community Health Service, you'll play a vital role in supporting innovative partnership programs and Allied Health Assistant initiatives.
Role
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Community Paediatric Allied Health Manager and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. You'll help shape the direction and delivery of multidisciplinary paediatric programs including:
- Babaneek Booboop (Korin Korin Balit-Djak)
- Child and Family Wellbeing Local
- Adolescent and Young Adult Program
- Allied Health Assistant Programs
Key Responsibilities
- Providing operational leadership and direction across specialist paediatric program areas
- Supporting a collaborative, positive team culture aligned with Western Health values
- Driving service quality, safety, development, and efficient resource management
- Contributing to the implementation of strategic goals and service improvements
- Minimum 10 years professional experience
- Demonstrated achievement in provision of expert clinical service in area of expertise
- Demonstrated achieveiment in leadership and supervision within area of responsibiltiy to ensure effective service provision/program delivery
- Completion of or progress towards an additional formal qualification in Health Service Management (and/or leadership).

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women's prison located in Ravenhall.
