Job Title: Community Engagement Manager

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement and fostering a strong connection with our community. Your expertise in social media management, combined with your passion for movement and culture, will enable you to develop and execute compelling strategies that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Creating and curating content that showcases our brand values and resonates with our community
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
  • Managing and optimizing social media budgets to maximize ROI
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to inform planning and content evolution

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a premium global brand environment
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape in AUSNZ, including creator culture, social trends, and culture-first media channels
  • Expertise in writing and managing creative briefs that inspire agency and creative teams
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating spend effectively to support business objectives
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work across time zones and within a matrixed structure
