About You :

  • Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field

Position Summary :

The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the feasibility of projects by conducting cost estimations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to adjust cost estimates as needed and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time.

Key Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in the infrastructure industry
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to determine key variables for cost estimates
  • Experience in reading design plans and developing cost estimates
  • Strong knowledge of design, planning, and legislative requirements
  • Familiarity with financial and project management principles
  • Excellent planning, organization, and computer skills

Job Responsibility :

  • Managing project operations from conception to planning and execution
  • Gathering proposals, specifications, and related documents for project estimates
  • Identifying design and constructability issues
  • Conducting analysis to determine constructability
  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Working in a safe manner and following safety rules
