Senior Civil Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead civil projects in Gippsland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively manage and delegate.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing construction schedules
  • Leading site project teams in the delivery of construction projects
  • Maintaining quality assurance, cost control, and timely completion of projects
  • Resolving site issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinating internal and external resources for successful project outcomes
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 7-20+ years' experience in project management on civil packages
  • Project management qualifications would be beneficial
  • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and manage client expectations
