As a senior drafting leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the day-to-day operations of our dedicated drafting team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to nurture talent and provide team members with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to excel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing drafting operations to ensure successful delivery of all drafting projects to the highest professional standards
- Ensuring resourcing and team development are appropriate to meet current and future needs
- Providing expert technical knowledge to clients on complex projects
- Drafting survey-related plans including Topographic, Architectural, Engineering, and Cadastral plans
- Reviewing and interpreting 3D survey data for CAD plan presentation
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Skills: Expert drafting skills in AutoCAD, strong understanding of coordinate systems in a CAD environment, excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
