Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Social Media

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in paid social media, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee creative strategies that drive measurable results
  • Brief and implement video, motion, and still content that aligns with campaign goals and brand tone
  • Analyse competitor activity and market trends to fuel new ideas
  • Manage budgets and optimise performance against CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns - Meta and TikTok are essential
  • Agency experience with hands-on campaign management and client-facing work
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience tracking CPL, CPA, and ROAS
