Job Title: Forestry Operations Manager
">About the Role:
">This role oversees the management of commercial forestry operations, including silviculture, establishment, timber sales, fire suppression and prevention activities. The successful candidate will ensure all operations comply with relevant Acts, regulations and codes.

- Manage forestry operations to achieve desired outcomes;">
- Ensure compliance with EMS and OH&S procedures;">
- Coordinate harvesting and haulage operations;">
- Prepare operational plans for site establishment;">
- Undertake catchment and land management activities;">
- Liaise with external stakeholders on regional fire management;">
- Monitor contractor costs and performance;">
- Support delivery of contracted work programs;">
Key Skills:
">The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of forestry operations, safety protocols, and project management principles. They must also be able to effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders.
