Job Responsibilities

  • Lead cost manager on multiple projects, responsible for all deliverables and successful project outcomes, with responsibilities across preconstruction, procurement, and post-contract activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage and lead project teams.
  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects, serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members.
  • Lead cost management on projects.
  • Develop and lead fee proposals.
  • Participate in business generation sessions to secure new opportunities.
  • Manage Turner & Townsend's financials on projects and commission management.
  • Assist in and potentially lead carbon calculation services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Cost Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience in pre-contract and post-contract deliverables.
  • MRICS or MAIQS preferred.
  • Experience across multiple sectors.
  • A desire to advance in their career.
