About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administration Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Director of the Office for Autism, ensuring seamless communication flow and efficient scheduling.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing office correspondence, maintaining the Director's diary, and providing general administrative support. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and community sectors.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. You will also need to possess sound judgement and the ability to recognise when to escalate issues, prioritise competing demands, and respond appropriately to sensitive or time-critical matters.
